Lifetime

They say "it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them and an entire lifetime to forget them". Ppfftt..an overused saying of course, but true nonetheless.

Some memories are wonderful, some we wish to erase completely like that Jim Carrey's brilliant movie, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. If only it's that simple eh? Erase just the specific memory/pasts that we want.

As much as we wanna forget bad memories, well actually it's a good thing that such technology doesn't exist, at least not yet for the time being. Our pasts determine the person we are today. We learn from our mistakes. We learn from our experiences. We learn from our past. Learn from our past, cherish and embrace the present and hope for the best for the future.

It's ironic that sometimes we even wanna erase the good memories.



Desperate times call for desperate measures.



It's not easy to forget someone, so sometimes we gotta what we gotta do. To move on.
